Answers to the most common questions, so you can feel confident in your decision.
Fees depend on your child’s enrolment days and your eligibility for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS).
After CCS is applied, many families pay significantly less than the full daily rate.
We can provide a personalised estimate based on your circumstances when you speak with our team.
CCS is a government subsidy that reduces your childcare fees.
The amount you receive depends on:
- your household income
- your level of recognised activity (work, study, etc.)
We’ll help you understand exactly what your out-of-pocket cost will be so there are no surprises.
Most families are eligible for CCS.
To qualify, you generally need to:
- care for a child aged 13 or under who is not attending secondary school
- meet Australian residency requirements (you and your child must be Australian citizens, permanent residents, or hold an eligible visa)
- meet activity requirements (such as work, study, training or volunteering)
Even higher-income households often receive some level of subsidy.
We can help you estimate your eligibility and expected out-of-pocket cost.
You can apply through your myGov account linked to Centrelink.
The process involves:
- submitting a CCS claim
- providing income and activity details
- confirming your child’s enrolment once you’ve chosen a centre
If you need help, our team can guide you through this step by step.
The 3-day guarantee is a recent Australian Government change to the Child Care Subsidy (CCS).
From January 2026, all families who are eligible for CCS are guaranteed at least 72 hours of subsidised childcare per fortnight, which is roughly equivalent to 3 days per week.
This means:
- You don’t need to meet minimum work or study requirements to access those first 3 days
- More families can access consistent early learning for their child
- Your childcare costs are reduced through the subsidy (you still pay a gap fee)
Some families may be eligible for up to 100 subsidised hours per fortnight depending on their circumstances.
It’s important to note:
- The guarantee is for subsidised hours, not a guaranteed place at a centre
- You still need to secure enrolment with a provider
Most childcare centres follow a group routine where all children do the same activities at the same time.
At our Montessori centre, children are guided to choose their own activities, work at their own pace, and develop real independence from an early age.
That’s why many parents notice a difference.
Montessori is an educational approach focused on independence, concentration and a love of learning.
Children are supported to explore, make choices and complete tasks for themselves, building real-life skills that carry through into school and beyond.
Children spend their day:
- choosing activities that interest them
- developing practical life skills
- building focus and concentration
- engaging with educators in a calm, structured environment
It’s not about keeping children busy — it’s about meaningful development.
In many centres, children are guided through a set routine.
Here, children are guided to:
- think for themselves
- make choices
- complete tasks independently
This shift is often where parents notice growth in confidence and capability.
Independence is built into everything we do.
Children are encouraged to:
- complete tasks for themselves
- make decisions
- follow through on activities
Over time, this builds confidence, resilience and self-belief.
We provide daily diary updates so you have clear insight into what your child gets up to each day.
These updates typically include:
- the activities your child engaged in
- key moments from their day
- insights into their development and progress
You’ll also have opportunities to speak directly with our educators at drop-off and pick-up, and we’re always available if you have questions.
We care for children aged 2 years through to school age.
Each child is supported based on their stage of development, not pushed through a fixed program.
We understand every child is different.
Our educators work closely with families to support a smooth transition, helping children feel safe, comfortable and confident in their new environment.
We keep you informed through regular communication and updates.
You’ll have visibility into your child’s day, progress and development, and can speak with our educators at any time.
This depends on availability and your preferred days.
Some age groups fill quickly, so we recommend booking a tour early to secure a place or join the waitlist if needed.
The best next step is to book a tour.
This gives you the chance to:
- see the environment
- meet our team
- ask questions
- decide if it’s the right fit for your child
